Aging is inevitable and getting older means you are most likely going to be out of shape and dealing with sagging and wrinkled skin. However, we all have a choice to grow old gracefully and there are ways to slow down the aging process.

  • Get enough sleep

To make sure you get enough sleep every day, create a relaxing routine before bedtime.  You can take a warm bath and read your favorite book while having a cup of chamomile or lavender tea. This bedtime routine will help you to relax and fall asleep easier at night.   • Take care of your skin

Don’t forget to take care of your skin and have a great skin care routine. Always protect your skin by wearing sunscreen everyday and wear gloves while doing housework or gardening. Use a good cleanser and skin moisturizer to hydrate your skin and avoid using products that have harsh chemicals. Exfoliating and using a facial mask at least once a week will make your skin softer, smoother and brighter. It also reduces wrinkles and skin damage.
